In terms of my profession, 3D animation, what kind of needs do clients usually have?

What is a good way to present myself to the client?

How can I add value to their project?

What sort of pitfalls are most common?

What is an appropriate fee for service?

Has there been an instance where someone couldn't deliver payment or product and how you all bounced back from setbacks.
